水解酸化-两段生物接触氧化工艺处理制药废水

Treatment of pharmaceutical wastewater by hydrolytic acidification-two-stage biological contact oxidation process

摘要:

通过对混凝-生物接触氧化、混凝-SBR及水解酸化-生物接触氧化三种工艺进行对比后采用水解酸化-两段生物接触氧化工艺处理制药废水,处理水量15m3/d。废水经该工艺处理后,出水COD、SS、油的质量浓度分别为75.6mg/L、25.3mg/L和7.25mg/L,COD、SS、油的平均去除率分别为93.47%、95.49%和81.69%,出水完全能达到排放标准。运行结果表明,该工艺处理效果稳定,耐冲击负荷,工艺组合合理。

Abstract:

After the contrast of three wastewater treatment processes, flocculation - biological contact oxidation process, flocculation - SBR process and hydrolytic acidification - biological contact oxidation process, pharmaceutical wastewater is treated by hydrolytic acidification-biological contact oxidation process, treating quantity 15 m3/d. After the treatment, COD, SS and oil concentration of effluent are 75.6 mg/L, 25.3 mg/L and 7.25 mg/L respectively. The removal rates of COD, SS and oil are 93.47%, 95.49% and 81.69% respectively. The effluent could complately meet the discharge standard. The running results show that the treatment efficiency of the technology is stable, the technology is tolerable in shock load and the combination of processes is reasonable.
