摘要:

综述了20世纪80年代以来冷却水处理中磷系配方的新进展。着重指出特种聚合物技术的应用使得人们已能在水系统中加入较高浓度的磷酸盐,以确保有效的碳钢缓蚀,而又不必担心磷酸盐的沉积。与此同时,为了满足环境保护的需要,已经开发了低磷与无磷冷却水处理。

Abstract:

The progress of phosphate based program in cooling tower treatment in t he last two decades is reviewed. It is highlighted that the application of advan ced polymer technology makes the use of relatively high phosphate concentrations in the bulk cooling stream possible so that effective carbon steel corrosion co ntrol could be maintained, while eliminating the concern for phosphate depositio n. At the same time, in order to meet environmental demands the low phosphate an d non phosphate program have been developed.
