摘要:

水质稳定是保障工业循环冷却水水质的重要手段,对于工厂的正常生产有着极其重要的意义。在水质 稳定工作中,药剂是核心,如何投加是手段,因此设计合理可靠的加药系统是实现合理加药、科学加药、确保水质的 基础。加药系统包括加药设备、加药管线、加药点等。加药设备选型是否恰当、管线布置是否合理、加药点的位置是否 适宜,对于循环水处理水质稳定效果都会产生很大的影响。就工业循环冷却水处理加药系统设计中一些通用的要点 和所需注意的问题做了介绍和分析,可作为实际工程的借鉴和参考。

Abstract:

The stability of water quality is very important to industrial circulating cooling water and plant production. Chemical is the core of the stability of water quality, and how to dose out the chemical is the means. Therefore, a reasonable and reliable dosing system is the basis of the reasonable and reliable dosing. The dosing system includes dosing equipment, dosing lines, and dosing position. Whether the dosing equipment, dosing lines, and dosing position are reasonable and reliable or not will be generate large influence to the effect of water quality. The attention which should be paid to the design of the dosing system of industrial circulating cooling water system is introduced and analyzed. This provides a reference to practical engineering.
