漏氨条件下化肥循环水系统的安全长周期运行

摘要:

2008 年宁夏石化公司第二套大化肥装置合成氨二部冷冻系统、合成系统3 台换热器泄漏,氨进入循环水 系统。为完成年度生产任务,公司在采取常规的抢修没能彻底消除泄漏的情况下,制定漏氨条件下的系统运行方案。保 证了循环水系统在漏氨情况下的安全长周期运行,并创造了漏氨后连续运行5 个月的长周期记录。

关键词: 降低水温, 置换, 氧化性杀菌剂, 缓蚀阻垢剂

Abstract:

In 2008, the leakage of two sets of freezing systems at the second fertilizer unit of Ningxia Petrochemical Co., and the three sets of heat exchangers at the synthesis system happened. It caused the ammonia to go into the circulating water system. To complete the annual production, the company has tried to take regular measurement to repair the leakage, but the leakage was not prevented thoroughly. Aiming at this problem, the company developed a program for the systems to run under leading conditions. It ensures the circulating water system to run safely and long-lastingly, and has created a five-month running record under ammonia leakage conditions.
