ClO2-PAC联合去除脱硫废水中水质稳定剂的研究

Study on combined removal of water stabilizer in desulfurization wastewater by ClO2-PAC

摘要:

脱硫废水中残留的水质稳定剂是影响其回用的重要因素。选用ClO2为氧化剂,PAC为絮凝剂,以TP、OP去除率为指标,研究了二氧化氯投加量、PAC投加量、氧化时间、pH和温度对水中两种常见水质稳定剂(PBTCA、HEDP)去除效果的影响。结果表明,当二氧化氯投加量为9 mg/L,PAC投加量为180 mg/L,pH为7.5,温度为40℃,氧化时间为1 h时,水质稳定剂的去除效果最佳;PBTCA比HEDP更易被二氧化氯氧化降解。

Abstract:

At present, the residual water quality stabilizer in the desulphurization wastewater is an important factor affecting its reuse. ClO2 is selected as oxidant, PAC as flocculant, TP and OP removal rate as the evaluation index, and the influence of chlorine dioxide dosage, PAC dosage, oxidation time, pH and temperature on the removal effect of two common water quality stabilizers(PBTCA, HEDP) are studied. The results show that when the ClO2 dosing quantity is 9 mg/L, the PAC dosing quantity is 180 mg/L, pH 7.5, temperature of 40℃, oxidation time for 1 h, water quality stabilizer of the removal effect is best. PBTCA is more easily degraded by chlorine dioxide oxidation than HEDP.
