摘要:

采用溶剂热-共沉淀两步法制得环境友好型磁性吸附剂四氧化三铁/镁铁类水滑石复合物(Fe3O4@Mg-Fe-LDH)。以甲基橙(MO)为模拟污染物,研究了各因素对Fe3O4@Mg-Fe-LDH吸附性能的影响。结果表明,MO的初始质量浓度为140 mg/L时,Fe3O4表面包覆Mg-Fe-LDH为55%、吸附溶液的pH控制在4.5~7.0时吸附效果最佳,且吸附规律符合Langmuir模型。

Abstract:

Fe3O4/Mg-Fe layered double hydroxides(Fe3O4@Mg-Fe-LDH), an environment friendly adsorbent, was prepared by a two-step solvothermal-coprecipitation method. Taking methyl orange(MO) as a simulated contaminant, the effects of various factors on the adsorption performance of Fe3O4@Mg-Fe-LDH were studied. The results showed that the optimum condition for MO removal was obtained, when the coated-quantity of Mg-Fe-LDH on Fe3O4 was 55%, the solution pH was controlled at 4.5-7.0 and the MO concentration was 140 mg/L. The adsorption of MO on Fe3O4@Mg-Fe-LDH conforms to the Langmuir model well.
