类Fenton体系降解间甲酚的研究及其响应面优化

Degradation of m-cresol by Fenton-like system and its response surface optimization

摘要:

焦化废水中的间甲酚质量浓度可达90 mg/L,为了高效处理工业含酚废水,以间甲酚为目标污染物,采用基于硫酸根自由基的HA/Fe2+/PMS类Fenton体系,考察了各因素对间甲酚降解效能的影响。采用Box-Behnken响应面法优化了反应条件并拟合出回归模型,在反应溶液初始pH=4时,得出最佳反应条件:Fe2+浓度0.5 mmol/L,PMS投加量5 mmol/L,HA浓度2.5 mmol/L,在此优化条件下,间甲酚去除率为92.84%。

Abstract:

Since the content of m-cresol in the coking wastewater can reach 90 mg/L, it can be used as the targeted contaminant to investigate the treatment efficiency of industrial wastewater containing phenols. A Fenton-like system of HA/Fe2+/PMS based on sulfate radical was applied to degrade m-cresol. The effects of various factors on the degradation of m-cresol were investigated. The Box-Behnken response surface method was adopted to optimize reaction conditions and fit the regression model. With the initial solution pH of 4, the removal rate of m-cresol reached 92.84% under the optimal conditions, which were found at Fe2+ concentration of 0.5 mmol/L, PMS dosage of 5 mmol/L, and HA concentration of 2.5 mmol/L.
