Response surface methodology to optimize resin adsorption of 2-amino-4-acetamidoanisole

摘要:

以宁夏某染化公司印染废水为研究对象,采用树脂吸附法对废水中的2-氨基-4-乙酰氨基苯甲醚进行处理,利用基于单因素实验的响应面法对处理条件进行了优化。实验结果表明,树脂吸附可将废水中2-氨基-4-乙酰氨基苯甲醚的质量浓度由1.64×106 μg/L降低至不可检出,且在去除还原物过程中温度、pH和流速3个因素两两交互作用明显,优化工艺条件:吸附液流速1.84 mL/min,pH 4.39,温度23.08℃。

Abstract:

The response surface method based on single factor experiment was used to optimize the resin adsorption to remove the 2-amino-4-acetamidoanisole(AMA) in a dyeing wastewater from a company in Ningxia. Results showed that after resin adsorption, the AMA was significantly reduced from 1.64×106 μg/L until it was undetectable. In addition, there were obvious interactions among temperature, pH and flow rate in the process of AMA removal. The optimized condition of the process was as follows: flow rate of the adsorption solution 1.84 mL/min, pH 4.39, and the temperature 23.08℃.
