摘要:

设置2组序批式(SBR)反应器,在不同温度条件下探究了温度与污泥膨胀的关系,并结合传统方法和FISH技术对污泥膨胀过程中丝状菌的种类及数量变化进行了分析。实验证明,低温条件下污泥膨胀更严重,且在污泥膨胀严重时,丝状菌种类单一;在污泥膨胀过程中,存在一定程度的丝状菌演替。

Abstract:

Two groups of sequential batch reactors(SBR) were set up to investigate the relationship between temperature and sludge bulking under different temperature conditions. The variety and quantity of filamentous bacteria in sludge bulking process were analyzed by combining traditional method and FISH technique. The experiment showed that the sludge bulking was more serious at low temperature, and the filamentous bacteria species were single when the sludge bulking was serious. There was a certain degree of filamentous bacteria succession in the process of sludge expansion.
