生物流化床处理乙二醇污水污泥膨胀问题研究

Research on the biological fluidized bed used for treating the sludge bulking problem of ethylene glycol wastewater

摘要:

针对生物流化床处理乙二醇污水过程中容易产生污泥膨胀的问题,对生物流化床运行工艺条件进行详细考察,并总结出产生丝状菌膨胀和非丝状菌膨胀的原因。结果表明,当生物流化床污泥沉降比为15%~40%,系统运行温度≥25℃,乙二醇污水pH控制在5~11,COD容积负荷<6 kg/(m3·d)时,可以有效防止污泥膨胀现象的发生。

Abstract:

According to the problems in bulking sludge coming into being easily in the process of treating ethylene glycol wastewater by biological fluidized bed,the conditions of biological fluidized bed running technique have been investigated in detail,and the causes of filamentous bulking and non-filamentous bulking have been summarized. The experimental results show that bulking sludge can be prevented effectively when the sludge settlement ratio of biological fluidized bed is 15%-40%,operating temperature no less than 25℃,pH of ethylene glycol wastewater 5-11,and COD volume loading less than 6 kg/(m3·d).
