凹土复合滤料在三相生物流化床中的应用研究

Study on the application of complex attapulgite filter media to the three-phase fluidized bed reactor

摘要:

利用凹土、粉煤灰、玻璃粉和漂珠为材料制得复合型凹土悬浮滤料,并作为填料运用于内循环三相生物流化床处理有机废水,同时考察曝气量和水力停留时间对COD和氨氮去除率的影响。结果表明,当曝气量为0.25m3/h时,COD和氨氮的去除率分别高达92.35%和95.13%|水力停留时间为2.0 h时,COD和氨氮的去除率分别高达91.5%和93.2%|所制得复合型凹土悬浮滤料性能良好。

Abstract:

Attapulgite,fly ash,glass powder and floating beads have been used for making complex attapulgite suspended filter media and as filling material for treating organic wastewater in internal circulating three-phase biological fluidized bed reactors. At the same time,the effect of aeration amount and hydraulic retention time on the removing rates of COD and ammonia-nitrogen are investigated. The results show that the removing rates of COD and ammonia-nitrogen are 92.35% and 95.13% respectively,when aeration amount is 0.25 m3/h;and the removing rates of COD and ammonia-nitrogen are 91.5% and 93.2% respectively,when hydraulic retention time is 2.0 h. The property of complex attapulgite suspended filter media is pretty good.
