生物流化床工艺处理豆制品生产废水工程(Ⅰ期)

摘要:

采用SSSAB—AFB—MBR工艺处理20 m3/d豆制品生产废水,进水CODCr为3 500~7 500 mg/L、氨氮为80~140 mg/L时,平均去除率分别为99.3%、98.3%,出水达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)一级排放标准要求。设施运行成本为2.75元/m3,吨水占地1.25 m2,总占地面积约25 m2。该工艺中SSSAB的CODCr容积负荷高达17.8 kg/(m3·d),出水CODCr≤500 mg/L,CODCr去除贡献率高达93.7%;AFB氨氮负荷达0.263 kg/(m3·d),出水氨氮≤15 mg/L,氨氮去除贡献率高达99.5%;MBR反应器的CODCr平均去除率为70.5%,氨氮平均去除率为54.4%。

Abstract:

The SSSAB-AFB-MBR process was used to treat 20 m3/d soybean production wastewater with the influent CODCr 3 500-7 500 mg/L and NH3-N 80-140 mg/L, and the average removal rate was up to 99.3% and 98.3%. The effluent met the first-level discharge standard of the Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996). The facility operating cost was 2.75 yuan/m3, the area cost per ton of water was 1.25 m2, and the total area was about 25 m2. In this process, the CODCr volume load of SSSAB was up to 17.8 kg/(m3·d), the effluent CODCr was less than or equal to 500 mg/L, and the CODCr removal contribution rate was up to 93.7%. The ammonia nitrogen load of AFB reached 0.263 kg/(m3·d), the effluent NH3-N ≤ 15 mg/L, the ammonia nitrogen removal contribution rate is 99.5%. In addition, the CODCr average removal rate and the ammonia nitrogen removal rate of MBR reactor are 70.5% and 54.4%, respectively.
