Determination of clopyralid by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry combined with stir bar sorptive extraction

摘要:

采用搅拌棒吸附萃取,建立液相色谱-质谱法(LC-MS/MS)测定环境水体中二氯吡啶酸残留量。结果表明:二氯吡啶酸在1.0~100.0 μg/L内与其质谱响应值呈线性关系,线性回归方程为y=7.28×107x+1.02×106,相关系数为0.999 8,检出限(3S/N)为0.3 μg/L,定量限(10S/N)为1.0 μg/L。在1.0、50.0、100.0 μg/L水平的添加浓度下,加标回收率在88.83%~98.80%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.2%~5.9%。

Abstract:

The residual clopyralid in environment water was determined by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry combined with stir bar sorptive extraction. The results showed that the concentration of clopyralid was linearly related to the mass spectrometry response in the range from 1.0 μg/L to 100.0 μg/L, and the linear regression equation was y=7.28×107x +1.02×106, and the correlation coefficient is 0.999 8. The limits of detection(3S/N) and the limits of quantitation(10S/N) were 0.3 μg/L and 1.0 μg/L, respectively. The recovery rate ranged from 88.83% to 98.80%, and the relative standard deviations ranged from 1.2% to 5.9%.
