摘要:

结合浮法玻璃生产特点, 介绍了常用的两种循环冷却水系统。重点叙述了减少和控制循环冷却水中生物黏泥的方法, 旨在结合生产线的客观条件和水中杂质情况, 采用一种或几种方法, 减少和控制循环冷却水中生物黏泥的含量, 以维护工艺设备安全, 稳定生产过程, 提高产品质量和产量, 节水节能, 降低成本, 提高企业经济效益。

关键词: 循环冷却水系统, 工艺设备, 生物黏泥

Abstract:

Two kinds of circulating cooling water systems are introduced, combining with float glass production.The emphases of the text are on the methods of decreasing and controlling the biological slime of circulating cooling water systems. The major idea is to decrease and control the content of the slime in circulating cooling water system, adopting one or several methods in combination with the objective conditions of manufacturing lines and the impurities in water. These measures can maintain the security of the technology equipments, stabilize production process, improve the product quality and quantity, save water and energy, reduce the production cost and enhance enterprise economic efficiency.
