摘要: 城市中水回用于循环冷却水系统,在适宜的温度和曝气条件下,极易产生大量的生物黏泥,导致系统发生微生物腐蚀、污堵、垢下腐蚀等问题。研究了城市中水回用于循环冷却水系统生物黏泥滋生的影响因素,采用静态装置和动态装置挂片方式,重点考察了BOD、COD对生物黏泥滋生的影响。结果表明,BOD在0~10 mg/L的范围内,存在一个生物黏泥滋生的突变值,即当BOD ≥ 5 mg/L时,会对生物黏泥的滋生产生极大促进作用;不可生化的COD不会对生物黏泥及细菌的生长产生明显影响。

Abstract: When urban reclaimed water is reused in circulating cooling water system,at appropriate temperature and aeration conditions,a great deal of biological slime will be bred very easily,which causes the system to have the problems, such as microbial corrosion,pollution and plugging,corrosion under scale,etc. The factors affecting biological slime breeding when urban reclaimed water is reused in circulating cooling water systems has been researched. Using static and dynamic rotary coupon corrosion tests,the influences of BOD and COD on the breeding of biological slime has been investigated emphatically. The results show that a mutation value exists in biological slime breeding in the range of BOD 0-10 mg/L. It means that when BOD ≥ 5 mg/L,it has great facilitating effect on biological slime breeding. The COD unable to be treated biochemically is unable to have any influences on biological slime and bacteria breeding.
