曝气微电解混凝沉淀处理含砷铬废水

Treatment of wastewater containing arsenic and chrome by aeration micro-electrolysis and coagulation-settlement process

摘要: 采用曝气微电解混凝沉淀处理含砷、铬废水,考察了反应初始pH、铁炭比、固液比和曝气时间等反应条件对废水中砷、铬去除效果的影响。试验结果表明:在废水初始pH=2.5,铁炭质量比为1:1,固液比为1:20,曝气时间为3 h的条件下,该工艺对砷和铬的去除效果最佳,砷和铬的去除率均达99.7%,其他重金属离子的去除率均达到97%,COD去除率达68.1%。

Abstract: Wastewater containing arsenic and chrome has been treated by aeration micro-electrolysis and coagulation-settlement process. The influences of reaction conditions,such as reaction initial pH,iron carbon mass ratio,solid to liquid ratio,aeration time,etc. on the arsenic and chrome removing effects have been investigated. The experimental results show that arsenic and chrome from wastewater could be removed effectively under the following conditions:wastewater initial pH is 2.5,iron carbon mass ratio is 1:1,solid to liquid ratio is 1:20,and aeration time is 3 h. The removing rates of both arsenic and chrome reach 99.7%,the removing rates of all other heavy metal ions from the wastewater reach 97%,and COD removing rates reach 68.1%.
