摘要:

在了解连铸浊环水系统特点的基础上, 针对喷嘴堵塞、腐蚀、除油等问题, 提出了AEC整体水处理方案。AEC技术可很好地解决喷嘴堵塞、框架结垢、设备腐蚀、滤料板结等问题, 降低浊环水中的悬浮物和油含量, 降低喷嘴堵塞率, 提高产品的质量和产量。

关键词: 连铸浊环, 水处理, 缓蚀阻垢

Abstract:

Based on the characteristic of continuous casting spray cooling water system, the all-around alkyl epoxy carboxylate(AEC) water treatment program has been proposed in order to control nozzle plugging, corrosion and oil removal problems. AEC technology can well solve the nozzle plugging, frame scaling, equipment corrosion and filter medium agglomeration problems, decrease the suspended solids and oil contents in cooling water. Therefore, it can decrease the nozzle plugging rate and increase product quality and output.
