电化学水垢去除技术中试实验研究

摘要:

以折流电化学反应器为核心,构建除垢中试系统,研究不同参数对水垢去除过程的影响。结果表明,中试条件下垢样为层叠状的方解石型碳酸钙。阳极酸性区对碱度有去除作用,使得碱度去除率高于硬度去除率,降低水体结垢倾向。阴极电流密度过大造成水垢沉积效率降低;优化阴极电流密度为1.5 mA/cm2。阴极面积对水垢沉积过程影响较大,大阴极面积有利于提高沉积速率、降低能耗。数学建模表明箱体扁平化有利于提高装置除垢能力。

Abstract:

A baffled electrochemical reactor was used as the core unit to construct a pilot system for electrochemical descaling. The effects of different parameters on scale removal performance were studied. The results showed that the scale samples generated were calcite-type calcium carbonate with a laminated morphology. The acidic region of the anode had a removal effect on the alkalinity, so that the alkalinity removal rate was higher than the hardness removal rate, thus reducing the tendency of scaling. When the cathode current density was too large, the deposition efficiency of scale at the cathode decreased. An optimum cathode current density value was 1.5 mA/cm2. The cathode area showed a significant influence on the scale deposition process. A large cathode area was useful to increase scale deposition rate and reduce energy consumption. The results of mathematical modeling showed that the flattening of the cabinet would increase the descaling capacity of the manual device.
