摘要:

面对我国日益严峻的环境污染与资源短缺形势,分别从优化循环冷却水系统、污水深度处理回用以及冷却水余热回收等方面介绍了近年来国内工业循环冷却水系统在节能、节水、减排方面的优化措施。用实例证明,我国工业循环冷却水系统降耗(水耗、能耗)减排的潜力巨大,这些优化措施可促进资源节约型、环境友好型工业的建设,并为工业企业带来十分可观的经济效益。

关键词: 循环冷却水系统, 节水, 节能, 减排

Abstract:

Confronting the situation of increasingly severe environmental pollution and resource shortage in China, the optimization measures of energy-saving,water-saving and emission reduction in industrial circulating cooling water systems in China in recent years are introduced,in aspects of optimizing circulating cooling water system, wastewater advanced treatment and reclamation,circulating cooling water waste heat recovery,etc. Illustrative examples proves that the potential in consumption reductions,including water consumption,and energy consumption in industrial circulating cooling water systems in China,is tremendous. These optimization measures can promote the construction of resource-saving type,and environment-friendly type industry and bring up very noticeable economic benefits to industrial enterprises.
