微藻生物柴油固碳减排和经济效益研究

摘要:

微藻具有生长周期短、油脂含量高等优势,以城市废水和工业废气作为微藻的培养基和无机碳来源,开展废物利用与微藻能源耦合研究具有重要意义。通过分阶段生命周期理论分析可知,随着微藻浓度增加,生物柴油的经济效益和减排效果逐渐增加,且质量浓度为1.5 kg/m3时效果更好;随采收周期变长,生物柴油的经济效益先增加后降低,减排效果先降低后增加,经综合考虑,采收比为80%时获得最佳效果;随污水配比变化,微藻对废水处理效果变化较大。基于此,本研究最终选用质量浓度为1.5 kg/m3、油脂含量为20%的微藻,在下水道污水、垃圾渗滤液、生活废水体积比为8∶1∶1条件下,以80%的采收比进行生物柴油生产。研究结果表明,在考虑碳税基础上,微藻生物柴油生产成本比现有生物柴油低35.6%,基于国家总体碳排放量可实现0.27%的碳减排,具有显著的经济和环境效益。

Abstract:

Microalgae have the advantages of a short growth cycle and high oil content. In this paper,urban wastewater and industrial waste gas were used as the medium and inorganic carbon source of microalgae to research the coupling of waste utilization and microalgae energy,which was of great significance. Through the theoretical analysis of the staged life cycle,it could be seen that with the increase of the concentration of microalgae,the economic benefits and emission reduction effects of biodiesel gradually increased,and the effect was better when the mass concentration was 1.5 kg/m3. As the increase of the recovery period,the economic benefits increased first and then decreased,and emission reduction of biodiesel decreased first and then increased,leading to an optimal result at the recovery ratio of 80%. With the change in sewage ratio,the effect of microalgae on wastewater treatment varied greatly. Based on this,the microalgae with a mass concentration of 1.5 kg/m3 and oil content of 20% was finally selected. Under the condition that the volume ratio of sewer sewage,landfill leachate and domestic wastewater was 8∶1∶1,80% of the microalgae were harvested for biodiesel production. The research results showed that,considering the carbon tax,the production cost of microalgae biodiesel was 35.6% lower than that of the existing biodiesel. Based on the country’s overall carbon emissions,it could achieve a carbon emission reduction of 0.27%,which had significant economic and environmental benefits.
