臭氧在中水回用于循环冷却水系统中的缓蚀性能

Research on the corrosion inhibition performance of ozone applied to the reuse of reclaimed water for circulating cooling water systems

摘要: 将臭氧应用在中水回用于工业循环冷却水系统的处理中,研究在不同臭氧投加量下模拟循环冷却水系统中的腐蚀情况,并对中水主要存在的COD、NH3-N较高问题加以研究。结果表明:当臭氧投加质量浓度为3.5mg/L时,臭氧缓蚀能力最佳,碳钢挂片腐蚀率最低为0.303 5 mm/a,缓蚀率为51.67%,臭氧与DJNP01共同作用时腐蚀率为0.189 3 mm/a,具有较好协同作用。CODCr和NH3-N的去除率分别为70.2%、65%,达到工业水补水水质要求。

Abstract: Applying ozone to the reuse of reclaimed water in circulating cooling water treatment systems,the corrosion situation in a simulated circulating cooling water system under different ozone dosage conditions has been investigated,and the problems that COD and NH3-N in the reclaimed water are relatively high have been researched. The results show that the corrosion inhibition capability is the best,when ozone optimum dosage is 3.5 mg/L,the lowest carbon steel coupon corrosion rate is 0.303 5 mm/a,and corrosion inhibition rate 51.67%. When ozone and DJNP01 work co-efficiently,the corrosion rate is 0.189 3 mm/a,having relatively good synergistic effect. The removing rates of CODCr and NH3-N are 70.2% and 65%,respectively,meeting the requirements for the water quality of industrial water make-up water.
