厌氧移动床生物膜反应器侧伸式搅拌装置的试验研究

摘要:

选取三种CBY型桨,对厌氧移动床生物膜反应器中采用的侧伸式搅拌装置进行了深入研究。试验考察了三种桨型的功率准数、时间准数,并通过考察其临界转速的方法探讨其最优桨型、最佳安装角度。CBY-3型桨在同样的填充量下临界功率较另两桨型低,混合时间短,优于CBY-2和CBY-1型桨。在水平偏角α为15~20,°向下偏角β为1~5°时得到搅拌的最低临界转速。为厌氧移动床生物膜反应器搅拌装置的设计提供了参考。

Abstract:

The side cantilever agitator of anaerobic moving bed bio-film reactor has been researched by using three different types of CBY agitator. The power index and time index of the three agitator have been figured out and the optimization type and fixing angle have been found by testing the critical rotate speed. CBY-3 is the performance better than the other two under the same filling in critical rotating speed and mixing time. When the horizontal angle α15-20°,and downward angle β1-5°,the lowest critical rotating speed will be gotten. This will provide the reference of design for the side cantilever agitator of anaerobic moving bed bio-film reactor.
