摘要:

针对合成橡胶生产废水,特别是丁苯橡胶(SBR)生产废水的悬浮物浓度高,成分复杂,可生化性差,难以达到国家排放标准等问题,以O3/H2O2组合工艺对SBR生产废水进行非均相催化氧化处理实验,探讨了影响COD去除率的各种因素,确定了最佳的混凝和催化氧化条件。研究结果表明:采用混凝-催化氧化工艺可使原水的COD从860 mg/L降至145mg/L,去除率83.1%,出水达到国家二级排放标准。

Abstract:

Taking into consideration of such problems that styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR) production wastewater and especially SBR wastewater contain suspended particles with high density,complex elements and low biochemical degradation which can hardly meet the national discharge standard,the experiment on treating SBR production wastewater has been carried out with O3 /H2O2 technological process. The best conditions of coagulation and catalytic oxidation are selected when the factors affecting the removal rate of COD are obtained. The experimental result shows that COD in raw water can be reduced from 860 mg/L to 145 mg/L and the removal rate of COD in wastewater can reach 83.1%. After the treatment,the effluent is good enough to meet the 2nd grade of national wastewater discharge standard.
