机械搅拌澄清池处理低温低浊水的应用研究

摘要:

虽然低温低浊水是最难处理的水质之一,但是通过技术改造和调整,使本来适用于高浊度水的机械搅拌澄清池也能用于对其的处理。根据影响产水水质的因素和实际运行状况,通过在清水区增加斜管、改造导流板、找平出水堰槽和改变污泥回流缝等技术改造,不但使出水水质满足后续水处理工艺的技术指标,而且提高了机械搅拌澄清池的单台出力,解决了电厂生产用水不足的难题。

Abstract:

Although the water with low temperature and low turbidity is one of the most difficult water quality problems to be treated,the mechanical agitation clarifier,which is originally suitable for treating water with high turbidity,can be used for treating the water with low temperature and low turbidity by technical improvement and adjustment,as well. In the light of actual operating conditions and the factors which affect the quality of water,and by means of installing inclined pipes in the clean zone,modifying the deflectors,leveling the effluent weir tank,changing the gaps of sludge back flow and other technical improvements,the influent water quality not only can reach the technical targets of the subsequent treatment technologies,but also increase the output of single clarifier. The problem of the water shortage for production use in power plants has been solved.
