摘要:

豆制品生产废水是一种高浓度有机废水,具有COD高、pH低和生化性较好的特点。简要介绍了豆制品废水的排放情况和污染特征;剖析了国内外关于豆制品废水处理方法的研究现状,比如常规处理和高值利用;综述了豆制品废水处理的工程案例,目前主流工艺为“物化法+生物法”耦合工艺;概述了厌氧/好氧生物流化床联合处理新工艺工程案例;探讨了当前豆制品废水处理工程应用中存在的若干问题,并阐明了行业发展的方向。

Abstract:

Soybean product wastewater is a kind of high concentration organic wastewater, which has the characteristics of high COD, low pH and good biodegradability. The emission and pollution characteristics of soybean wastewater were introduced briefly. The research status of soybean wastewater treatment methods at domestic and overseas was discussed, such as conventional treatment and high-value utilization. The engineering cases of soybean product wastewater treatment were summarized. The results showed that the mainstream process was coupling process of physicochemical and biological methods. The engineering case of anaerobic/aerobic biological fluidized bed combined treatment was sketched. Some problems existing in the current engineering application of soybean product wastewater treatment were discussed, and the development direction of the industry was expounded.
