摘要:
豆制品废水具有污染物浓度高、成分复杂、水质多变、色度高的特点,采用ABR-MBR工艺对其进行处理:在进水COD≤8 000 mg/L、NH3-N≤200 mg/L情况下,出水水质COD≤60 mg/L、NH3-N≤14 mg/L,去除率分别达到98.87%和93.15%以上.工程实践运行表明:该工艺具有工程费用低、运行稳定、维护简单、操作方便等优点,处理后出水达到了《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-2002)一级排放标准.

Abstract:
Bean products wastewater are characterized by high-concentrations pollutants,complex composition,multivariant water quality and high chroma. The ABR-MBR process has been used for its treatment. The effluent COD is≤60 mg/L,NH3-N≤14 mg/L and their removal rates are 98.87% and 93.15% respectively. When influent COD is 8 000 mg/L and NH3-N 200 mg/L. The engineering practice proved that this process has advantages,such as low engineering cost,stable operation,simple maintenance,convenient operation, etc. The treated effluent by this process can reach the first level requirements specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-2002).
