摘要:

大豆分离蛋白生产废水由于含有大量的蛋白、低聚糖类和盐分,导致废水中CODCr、NH3-N、PO43-、SO42-、SS的浓度较高,且pH较低(4.6左右),因此处理该类废水难度较大。通过分析国内大豆分离蛋白行业的废水处理的实例,探讨了大豆分离蛋白行业的废水治理情况,以及可行的废水处理方法的选择和注意的问题。

Abstract:

Since the soybean protein isolation wastewater consists of a great deal of protein,low polysaccharides and salt,it causes the concentrations of CODCr,NH3-N,PO43- SO42-and SS in water to be rather high,and the pH is as low as 4.6 or so. Therefore,it is difficult for this kind of wastewater to be treated. Based on the examples of the wastewater treatment in China,the wastewater treatment situation of the soybean protein isolation industry,as well as the choice and attentions that need to be paid to the feasible wastewater treatment method,are discussed.
