紫外分光光度法测定水中微量腐殖酸的研究

Determination of trace humic acid in water by UV spectrophotometry

摘要:

建立了利用紫外分光光度法测定水体中腐殖酸的新方法。新方法测量准确、简单、快捷。线性方程为Y=0.829 61X+0.234 86,相关系数(r)为0.998 7,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.32%,最高检测上限为20 mg/L。

Abstract:

The new method of applying UV spectrophotometry to the determination of humic acid in water has been established. This method is very accurate, handy and fast. Its linear equation is Y= 0.829 61X + 0.234 86 correlation coefficient is 0.998 7,RSD is 2.32% and the maximum detection limit is 20 mg/L.
