摘要:

以水为溶剂,次磷酸钠-过硫酸铵为引发剂,在AA/AMPS/MAn三元共聚物中引入膦酰基,从而得到了一种综合性能良好、低磷含量的水处理剂,考察了产品综合性能与单体配比,引发剂用量及反应温度和反应时间的关系,得出了合成此共聚物的最佳工艺条件:m(AMPS)∶m(AA)∶m(MAn)=1∶4∶5,w(NaH2PO2)=4.5%,w(过硫酸铵)=3%,反应温度95-98℃,反应时间4h。

Abstract:

The phosphate is drawn into AA/AMPS/MAn trinary copolymer with water as solvent, sodium dihydrogen phosphite and persulfate ammonium as initiator. Thereby a good synthesis function and low phosphate content water treatment agent is obtained. The synthesis function, proportion of monomers, dosage of initiator and the relation between temperature and time of the reaction are inspected. The optimum technological condition to synthesize this copolymer:m(2-acrylamido-2-methyl propanesulfonic acid):m(acrylic acid):m(maleic anhydride) = 1:4:5, w(sodium dihydrogen phosphite) = 4.5%, w(persulfate ammonium) = 3%. The reaction temperature is 95 ~ 98℃,time of reaction is 4 h.
