费托合成水处理技术研究进展

摘要:

费托合成水具有组分复杂、组分之间可形成共沸物、酸性强、COD高以及低碳醇含量高、难分离但利用价值高等特点。对费托合成水的处理方法进行了概述,对国内外有关费托合成水处理的专利技术进行了总结,并对费托合成水中副产物低碳醇分离技术(萃取精馏、共沸精馏、电渗析、渗透汽化等)的研究进展进行了综述,以期为高效、经济地处理费托合成水提供参考。

Abstract:

Fischer-Tropsch synthetic water has the characteristics of complex components, azeotrope formation between components, strong acidity, high COD, high content of low-carbon alcohol, difficult separation but high utilization value. The treatment methods of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis water were summarized, and the patent technologies of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis water treatment at home and abroad were summarized. The research progress of low-carbon alcohol separation technology(extractive distillation, azeotropic distillation, electrodialysis, pervaporation, etc.) in Fischer-Tropsch synthesis water was reviewed. It is hoped to provide reference for efficient and economic treatment of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis water.
