聚环氧琥珀酸在反渗透系统中阻垢效果的评价

摘要:

以马来酸酐为原料合成了一种新型无磷、无氮环保型阻垢剂聚环氧琥珀酸(PESA)。并利用实验室反渗透评价装置对其阻碳酸钙垢效果进行了评价,并与国外的聚丙烯酸(PAA)样品进行了阻垢效果的对比。实验证明PESA阻垢性能良好,在反渗透系统中具有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:

A new non-phosphorus, non-nitrogenous, environmental protection scale inhibitor polyepoxysuccinic acid(PESA)is synthesized with maleic anhydride. The performance of inhibiting CaCO3 scale of PESA is evaluated by RO evaluation unit in the laboratory, and its inhibiting effect has been compared with that of PAA aboard. PESA demonstrates good performance and can be applied widely in RO system.
