催化湿式二氧化氯氧化法的研究

Study on catalytic wet chlorine dioxide oxidation method

摘要:

通过浸渍法制备了包含四类主活性组分的负载型催化剂,用于二氧化氯催化湿式氧化(CWCDO)处理印染废水、有机农药废水。由实验确定了催化湿式氧化的条件,结果表明,四元组合MNO2-CuO-CeO2-V2O5(质量比为24:1::1)催化剂性能较好,反应在常温常压下,维持pH为3.0~5.0,反应时间为30min时,COD的去除率大于85%,色度去除率大于90%。

Abstract:

Four main active components loaded catalysts have been prepared by means of impregnant. And the loaded catalysts could be used in the course of the catalytic wet chlorine dioxide oxidation (CWCDO)to treat the printing-dyeing and organic-pesticide wastewater. The conditions of CWCDO are gained through experiments. And the results show that the better catalysts with high catalytic ability have been prepared with the fourcomponents catalysts of MNO2-CuO-CeO2-V2O5 (mass ratio=2:4:1:1). Finally, under the reaction condition of ordinary temperature and pressure, maintaining pH 3-5, and reaction time 30 min, the chemical oxygen demand (COD)removals rate and decolorization rate are over 85% and 90%, respectively.
