分光光度法测定水样的色度

摘要:

水样色度的测定目前还无分光光度法国家标准,主要采用铂钴色标目视比色法和稀释倍数法测定。介绍了用751分光光度计测定污水色度的最佳条件是波长339nm、3cm比色皿、配以深紫色滤光片,测定结果的线性相关系数r在0.9999以上;该方法不仅能准确测定常规水样色度,还可将高色度的污水多倍稀释后进行准确测定。

Abstract:

There have been no spectrophotometric standard for the determination of the colority of water samples. Eye-measurement colorimetry of platinum-cobalt color-code and dilution multiple determination are mainly used. The best conditions for determining the effluent colority by using 751 spectrophotometry are as follows; wavelength 339 nm, 3 cm color container, and is equipped with deep purple optical filter. The linear corresponding coefficient r is over 0.999 9. This method can not only determine the water sample colority exactly, but determine effluent with high colority after multiple dilution exactly.
