摘要:
研究了臭氧对混凝深度处理印染二级出水的强化处理效果。研究结果表明,氯化铁对印染废水脱色和COD去除效率显著优于铝盐和硫酸亚铁。氯化铁投加量(以Fe计)为100 mg/L时,混凝效果最佳,对色度、COD的去除率分别为50%、20%。臭氧投加量为30 mg/L时,臭氧-混凝对色度、浊度、COD的去除率分别为70%、95%、21%,比单独混凝分别提高了17%、15%、5%。臭氧-混凝强化了大分子(>1 ku)和小分子组分(< 0.5 ku)的去除,优化了印染废水处理效果。

Abstract:
The enhanced treatment effect of ozone on the secondary effluent of textile and dying with advanced coagulation treatment was studied. The results showed that Ferric chloride is significantly better than aluminum salt and ferrous sulfate in decolorization and COD removal efficiency of textile and dying wastewater. The dosage of ferric chloride(calculated as Fe) is 100 mg/L, the coagulation effect is the best, and the removal rates of chroma and COD are 50% and 20% respectively.With the ozone dosage of 30 mg/L, the removals of chroma, turbidity, and COD by ozonation-coagulation process are 70%, 95% and 21%, which are 17%, 15%, and 5% higher than that of coagulation, respectively. The enhanced efficiency by ozonation-coagulation is mainly attributed to the simultaneous removal of high molecular fraction(>1 ku) and low molecular fraction(< 0.5 ku), which optimize the treatment effect of textile and dying wastewater.
