摘要:

从回收利用污水潜在资源能量出发,以炼化污水厂节能降耗为目标,首先概述了炼化污水特点,举例分析了目前炼化污水处理厂的能耗和成本。以城市污水处理“碳中和”为启发,在优化单元操作及充分挖掘潜在资源两方面,探讨了炼化污水厂降耗及资源回收的措施。最后,结合炼化污水厂水质特点,提出以“来水分质分流”加“资源化处理”的炼化污水资源能量回收的模式,以期提高能量自持率。

Abstract:

By recovering and utilizing the potential energy resources in wastewater, and for the target on energy saving and consumption reduction of refinery wastewater treatment plant, this paper firstly summarizes the characteristics of refinery wastewater, and analyses with examples of current refinery wastewater treatment plants concerned on the energy consumption and cost. Inspired by 'carbon neutralization' during municipal wastewater treatment, in the two terms of optimizing unit operation and fully recovering potential resources, measures on consumption reduction and resource recovery for refinery wastewater treatment plants are discussed. Finally, based on the characteristics of refinery wastewater, a model of 'wastewater redirection' along with 'processing and recovery' focused on resource and energy recovery of refinery wastewater is proposed, which is aimed at improving its energy self-sustainability.
