再造烟叶废水处理碳排放核算及碳中和潜能研究

摘要:

在节能减排的压力下,再造烟叶废水处理碳排放日益受到关注。再造烟叶作为烟草行业重要环节,系统评估再造烟叶废水处理站碳排放量并提出低碳运行措施对再造烟叶废水处理实现碳中和目标具有重要的指导意义。以湖北武汉某再造烟叶污水处理站为研究案例,根据《IPCC 2006年国家温室气体清单指南2019修订版》进行核算,全面分析了污水处理各环节的碳排放量。结果表明,处理量2 500 m3/d的再造烟叶废水处理站年碳排放量为10 485.3 tCO2e,吨水碳排放量为11.5 kgCO2e,预处理单元、生化处理单元及剩余污泥处理单元产生的碳排放量分别占总碳排放量的8.8%、28.1%及63.1%。基于以上碳排放特征,提出了污水余热利用、污泥处置方式优化、厌氧产甲烷利用、药剂投加环节优化及曝气系统升级4项碳中和措施。经测算,采用以上措施后每年产生的碳减排量为5 033.7 tCO2e,碳补偿量为4 197.8 tCO2e,碳中和率可达88%。

Abstract:

Under the pressure of energy conservation and emission reduction,carbon emissions from the treatment of recycled tobacco wastewater had attracted increasing attention. As an important part of the tobacco industry,it was of great guiding significance to systematically evaluate the carbon emissions of recycled tobacco wastewater treatment stations and propose low-carbon operation measures to achieve the goal of carbon neutrality in reconstituted tobacco leaves wastewater treatment. Taking a reconstructed tobacco leaves sewage treatment station in Wuhan,Hubei Province as a case study,the emissions of each link of sewage treatment were comprehensively analyzed according to the IPCC 2006 National Greenhouse Gas Inventory Guidelines 2019 Revised Edition. The results showed that the annual carbon emissions of the sewage plant with a treatment capacity of 2 500 m3/d were 10 485.3 tCO2e,the carbon emissions per ton of water were 11.5 kgCO2e,and the carbon emissions generated by the pretreatment unit,biochemical treatment unit and remaining sludge treatment unit accounted for 8.8%、28.1% and 63.1% of the total carbon emissions respectively. Based on the above carbon emission characteristics,4 measures were proposed,including sewage waste heat utilization,optimization of sludge disposal mode,anaerobic methane production utilization,optimization of chemical dosing and aeration system upgrading. After taking above measures,the annual carbon emissions reduction were 5 033.7 tCO2e,the carbon offset amount was 4 197.8 tCO2e,and the carbon neutrality rate could reach 88%.
