典型工业园区水网络碳排放因子本地化研究

摘要:

本地化的碳排放因子是工业园区精准碳核算和有效碳减排的基础,碳排放因子与区域气候、工艺流程、管理水平、运行工况等息息相关,波动和差异较大,应首先基于实地检测和模型计算获取本地化数据。因此,构建排放因子的本地化方程,对缺水城市工业园区绿色低碳发展和污水资源高效利用具有重要意义。以典型工业园区水网络为研究对象,基于野外采样和实地监测数据,量化不同涉水环节的直接碳排放因子,分析了其碳排放因子特征,运用相关性分析识别了关键影响因素,量化了关键影响因素对碳排放因子的影响,最终构建了工业园区水网络直接碳排放因子的本地化方程,并运用蒙特卡洛模拟法定量化探究了直接碳排放因子的不确定性情况,验证了所构建本地化方程的合理性。结果表明:各涉水环节碳排放因子差异较大,而其中污水处理环节中的初沉池和AAO反应池碳排放强度最大;各涉水环节碳排放因子的关键影响因素主要包括水温、NO2 --N、COD、TN、TP等;与其他涉水环节相比,污水处理环节CH4的碳排放因子不确定性最大。本研究对工业园区水网络碳减排和绿色低碳发展具有重要意义。

Abstract:

Localized carbon emission factors are the foundation for precise carbon accounting and effective carbon reduction in industrial parks. Carbon emission factors are closely related to regional climate,process flow,management level,operating conditions and other factors,with significant fluctuations and differences. It is preferable to obtain localized data based on on-site testing and model calculations. Therefore,constructing a localized equation for emission factors is of great significance for the green and low-carbon development and the efficient utilization of sewage resources of industrial parks in water deficient cities. Taking a typical industrial park water network as the research object,based on field sampling and monitoring datas,the direct carbon emission factors of different water related links were quantified,and their carbon emission factor characteristics were analyzed. Correlation analysis was used to identify key influencing factors,and the impact of key influencing factors on carbon emission factors was quantified. Finally,a localized equation for the direct carbon emission factors of the industrial park water network was constructed,and Monte Carlo simulation was used to quantitatively explore the uncertainty of direct carbon emission factors,verifying the rationality of the constructed localization equation. The results showed that there were significant differences in carbon emission factors among various water related processes,with the initial sedimentation tank and AAO reaction tank in the sewage treatment process having the highest carbon emission intensity. The key influencing factors of carbon emissions in various water related processes mainly included water temperature,NO2 --N,COD,TN,TP,etc. Compared with other water related processes,the carbon emission factor uncertainty of CH4 in the sewage treatment process was the highest. The research is of great significance for the carbon reduction of water networks and green and low-carbon development of industrial park.
