摘要:

合肥某工业园区污水处理厂集中处理园区企业排放的工业废水及少量生活污水,进水具有BOD5低、NH4+低、TN高的特点,采用气浮+水解酸化+SBR+气浮滤池的主体工艺,TN达标排放难度大。在原工艺基础上,对SBR系统实施技术改造及工艺参数优化,总氮去除率由30.2%提高到75.1%,TN排放指标稳定 < 15 mg/L。

Abstract:

A sewage treatment plant in an industrial park in Hefei concentrated on treating industrial wastewater and a small amount of domestic wastewater discharged by enterprises in the park. The influent had the characteristics of low BOD5, low NH4+ and high TN. The main process combining air flotation, hydrolytic acidification, SBR and air flotation filter was adopted, however, it was difficult for TN to meet the discharge standard. Through technical transformation and process parameter optimization of SBR system on the basis of the original process, the total nitrogen removal rate was increased from 30.2% to 75.1%, and the TN emission index was stable less than 15 mg/L.
