摘要:

阐述了A/O+MBR工艺在煤化工综合废水处理中的应用,指出其在煤化工综合废水生化处理的可行性。废水生化处理系统采用A/O+MBR的主工艺,结果表明,废水生化系统实际进水CODCr和氨氮平均分别为165、250mg/L时,出水中的CODCr、氨氮、总氮、浊度、SS、BOD5等优于污水综合排放标准的一级标准;整套工艺系统运行稳定,耐冲击负荷高,达到煤化工企业的环保要求。

Abstract:

The application and feasibility of A/O+MBR process in the comprehensive wastewater treatment of coal chemical industry were illustrated. The main process of A/O+MBR was adopted the wastewater biochemical treatment system. The operation results showed that the average content of CODCr and ammonia nitrogen in the actual influent water quality of the wastewater biochemical system were 165 mg/L and 250 mg/L, respectively. The indicators such as CODCr, ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen, turbidity, SS and BOD5 were superior to the first-class standard of comprehensive wastewater discharge standards. The whole process system was stable in operation and high in impact load, which met the environmental protection requirements of coal chemical enterprises.
