PFMF载体强化SBR处理焦化废水效果研究

Coking wastewater treatment effect by PFMF carrier enhanced SBR

摘要:

以乌海某污水处理厂焦化废水为研究对象,考察不同载体对SBR反应器处理焦化废水效果的影响。结果表明:添加PFMF载体的SBR反应器处理效果最佳,其对COD、NH3-N和TN的平均去除率较普通SBR反应器分别提高15.47%、11.48%、19.55%。在26℃、运行周期48 h的条件下,采用好氧12 h、缺氧36 h并适量投加碳源的运行方式,PFMF载体强化SBR反应器的出水NH3-N、TN分别为5.97、20.73 mg/L,达到《炼焦化学工业污染物排放标准》要求,出水COD为273.44 mg/L,可减轻后续深度处理压力。

Abstract:

Taking the coking wastewater of a sewage treatment plant in Wuhai as research object, the effects of different carriers on coking wastewater treatment by SBR reactor were investigated. The results showed that the SBR reactor with PFMF carrier had the best treatment effect, and the average removal rate of COD, NH3-N and TN increased 15.47%, 11.48% and 19.55% respectively compared with the ordinary SBR reactor. Under the conditions of temperature 26℃, operating period 48 h, aerobic 12 h, anoxic 36 h and the appropriate amount of carbon source operation mode, the NH3-N and TN mass concentrations of the effluent were 5.97 mg/L and 20.73 mg/L, reached the Emission Standard of Pollutants for Coking Chemical Industry. The COD of the effluent was 273.44 mg/L, which alleviated the pressure of subsequent advanced treatment.
