摘要:

在石化企业的用水构成中,循环冷却水系统补充水所占的比例相当大,随着水资源紧张状况的加剧,追求循环冷却水系统高浓缩倍数运行,势成必然。根据对现场试用新型水处理配方的全程跟踪,得到大量数据,通过对试验数据的分析,判断水处理配方的适用性及经济价值,并就该水处理配方的特点以及在线自动监测设备的应用性能进行了初步探讨。

关键词: 循环冷却水, 节水, 高浓缩倍数, Trasar自动控制系统

Abstract:

Makeup water in circulating cooling water system accounts for a large proportion of the water consumption in a petrochemical plant. As water deficit becomes more and more serious, operation of circulating cooling water system under high cycles of concentration is bound to be the trend. Large amount of data are gained from a whole course tracing of the onsite trial of the new water treatment formulation. Via the analysis of such data, the practicability and economic value of the new solution are judged. The report also takes a preliminary discussion about the features of the water treatment formulation and the application of advanced online automatic monitoring instrument.
