空调实验室水处理系统及应用

Application of water treatment system to laboratory of air-conditioning

摘要:

根据空调实验室用水的特点,为三洋空调技术开发中心建立了一套1m3/h纯水制备系统,系统采用“石英砂过滤+活性炭过滤+反渗透+混床”工艺,终端采用两套压力储罐和压力开关来控制的供水泵进行恒压供水。运行结果表明:系统出水电导率<0.5μS/cm,恒压供水系统工作稳定,满足了该中心三大实验室的用水要求。

Abstract:

According to the requirements of water supply in Sanyo Air-conditioning Development Center, a water treatment system with the capacity of 1 m3/h has been established. The process consists of a sand filter, an activated carbon filter, a reverse osmosis equipment and a mixed ion exchange bed. The product of purified water is conveyed by two sets of constant pressure water supply systems which include a pressure reservoir and a pressure switch. Results show that the product conductivity is below 0.5 μS/cm and the constant pressure water supply system has run stably. The water treatment system satisfies the demands of three labs in the Center.
