氨氮对循环冷却水系统的危害与对策

摘要:

基于把回用的城市污水作为循环冷却水补充水,对其中的氨氮物质的危害性作了详细的分析。指出水中的氨氮物质会对系统管材及凝汽器铜管造成腐蚀,会影响氧化性杀菌剂的杀菌效果,促进微生物的繁殖等危害,并提出了解决循环冷却水补充水中氨氮问题的对策及补充水中应控制的氨氮指标。

Abstract:

The harm of the ammonia-nitrogen which exists in make-up water stemmed from urban wastewater is analyzed detailedly in this article. Ammonia-nitrogen in water can cause corrosion for the system tubular goods and condenser copper pipe, affect the effect of the oxidation fungicide and prompt the propagation of the microorganism and so on. The countermeasures of resolving problem of the ammonia-nitrogen in circulating cooling systems and ammonia-nitrogen criterion controlled in make-up water are put forward.
