低成本生物膜法处理城市污水试验研究

Study on the experiments of sewage treatment by low-cost bio-film process

摘要:

对利用低成本混凝土膜片上附着生长的生物膜处理城市污水进行了实验研究,初步探讨了其除污机理。连续稳定运行90d,进水CODCr为80~300mg/L,BOD5为30~158mg/L,NH3-N为16.3~54.3mg/L,TP的质量浓度为1.75~4.1mg/L,该系统对CODCr﹑BOD5﹑NH3-N和TP的去除率分别达到76.0%﹑94.9%﹑54.1%和31.8%,对有机物处理效果稳定,抗冲击负荷能力较强,出水水质稳定。

Abstract:

Experiments have been done on the bacteria membrane, which has attached on low-cost concrete carrier, and its physics-chemical effect on the treatment of sewage.The mechanism of its pollutant removal is discussed preliminarily.Having run continuously for 90 d, the concentration of influent CODCr is 80-300 mg/L,BOD5is 30-158 mg/L, NH3-N is 16.3-54.3 mg/L, TP is 1.75-4.1 mg/L.The removal rates of CODCr, BOD5,NH3-N and TP are 76.0%, 94.9%, 54.1% and 31.8% respectively.It has stable efficiency, strong anti-impact load and effluent water quality stability.
