摘要:
利用EGSB厌氧生物反应器处理二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)废水的中试研究表明,该工艺能够有效地降低废水中的有机物含量。EGSB反应器处理COD低于9000mg/L的DMF废水时,COD去除率达到85%左右,COD容积负荷达到7.0kg/(m3·d)。试验还表明,温度对反应器运行的影响较大;废水中缺乏微生物代谢所能利用的氮、磷等营养物质,需在进水中定期添加以保持微生物活性。

Abstract:
The research of using expand granular sludge bed(EGSB)reactor to treat DMF wastewater has been studied.It is indicated that this method can effectively reduce the content of organisms of the wastewater.When the DMF wastewater whose COD is lower than 9 000 mg/L is treated by EGSB reactor,the total COD removal rate can reach about 85% and the working load is up to 7.0 kg/(m3·d).Besides,the test also proves that the temperature plays a very important role in the anaerobic digestion process.Ammonium chloride and phosphate should be added into the influent periodically because of the lack of nitrogen and phosphorus in the wastewater.
