13X沸石对Ca2+吸附性能的实验研究

摘要:

在静态条件下,研究了吸附时间、13X沸石的用量、粒度、流体剪切力、溶液pH、钙离子浓度等因素对13X沸石吸附钙离子性能的影响。结果表明:13X沸石对Ca2+有很好的吸附能力,即使中性条件下表观吸附量就可达到55.60mg/g,并且吸附速度相当快,20min即可达到平衡;合适的流体剪切力可以提高沸石对Ca2+的表观吸附量,此结论证实了流体力化学效应的存在;静态等温吸附过程符合Langmiur吸附等温方程式;13X沸石对Ca2+的吸附机理主要为离子交换吸附和化学吸附,碱性条件下可能发生表面络合和表面沉淀吸附。

Abstract:

The adsorption properties and primary influential factors of 13X zeolite on Ca2+ in wastewater have been experimentally studied. The results show that 13X zeolite is quite feasible in the adsorption of calcium ions from wastewater. The capacity could reach 55.60 mg/g under the condition of pH=7. The adsorption process proceeds quite rapidly: balance can be attained in 20 min. Proper fluid shear force can improve the effect of 13X zeolite on the adsorption capacity of Ca2+. This conclusion proves the existence of fluid force chemical effect. In addition, it shows that the static state isothermal adsorption process accords with Langmuir adsorption isothermal equation. The effect mechanism of its adsorption on Ca2+ is mainly ion exchange adsorption and chemical adsorption. Surface complex and surface sedimentation adsorption may occur when the pH of the solution is quite high.
