陶瓷滤料对油田采出水精细过滤的影响研究

Effect of ceramics filter media on the fine filtration of oilfield produced water

摘要:

研究了陶瓷滤料种类、滤料粒径和滤池运行方式对油田采出水精细过滤除油、除浊效果的影响。对陶瓷滤料进行了改性,并用SEM、FTIR对其进行了表征;除油、除浊试验在自制小试装置中进行,并采用红外分光仪、浊度仪测定,结果表明,改性滤料对油、浊度的平均去除率分别提高28.32%、22.3%;0.8mm改性滤料除浊能力略优于1.2mm滤料,而1.2mm改性滤料除油率高于0.8mm改性滤料,出水中油浓度前者要比后者约减少2mg/L;上向流滤柱除油、除浊效果均高于下向流。在此基础上,设计了符合"反粒度"理论的三级精细过滤装置,对江汉油田经混凝、粗粒化预处理的开采水进行了连续三个月运行,出水中油、浊度达到SY/T5329—1994碎屑岩油藏注水水质中A1类标准(油<5mg/L、悬浮物<1mg/L)。

Abstract:

The effect of the categories of ceramics filter media, particle size and operation mode of the filtration on the removal rates of oil and turbidity treating oilfield produced water with fine filtration has been investigated.Experiments, such as modification of filter media and its characterization by SEMand FTIR, have been carried on.The removal tests of oil and turbidity have been carried on in small-scaled home-made apparatus, and determined with infrared spectrometer and turbidity meter. According to the results, the average removal rates of oil and turbidity by using modified filter media rise about 28.32% and 22.3% respectively. The turbidity removal capacity of 0.8 mm modified filter media is slightly superior to that of 1.2 mm filter media, while the oil removal rate of 1.2 mm modified filter media is higher than that of 0.8 mm filter media. As to the oil concentration of the effluent water, the former is 2 mg/L less than the later. The rates of oil and turbidity removal of upflow filter chamber exceed that of downflow. On the basis of these, a three-class fine filtration apparatus in agreement with reverse-granularity principle has been designed, and used for treating Jianhan oilfield produced water, which has been coagulated and made into granules, for three months. The results show that oil concentration and turbidity of the effluent water meet the A1 quality standards of recommended indexes in SY/T 5329—1994 about the injection water quality for clastic rock oilfields (oil less than 5 mg/L, suspend matter less than l mg/L).
