摘要:
设计了组合纤维聚结(CFC)油水分离器、自适应微气浮旋流除油(AMFD)高效分离器2型油水分离设备,并在南海某平台进行了为期36 d的工业侧线试验,以验证新型油水分离技术针对海上平台生产水的处理效果。试验结果表明:CFC油水分离器设备入口平均含油341.03 mg/L,出口平均含油9.43 mg/L,平均分离效率97.2%,且可取消化学破乳剂的使用,除油效率高、设备体积小,可用于替代“水力旋流器+撇油罐”,具备向各类有生产处理需求的海上油田平台进行推广应用的价值;AMFD高效分离器与生产分离器串联,当流量小于5 m3/h时,进口平均含油364.4 mg/L,出口平均含油19.0 mg/L,平均分离效率94.4%,通过重力沉降法计算得出AMFD高效分离器和生产分离器出口水相油滴的中位粒径分别为13.0 μm和14.5 μm,即AMFD高效分离器对于分散油分离效果较好,可应用于油水快速粗分离。

Abstract:
Two oil-water separation equipments containning combined fiber coalescer(CFC) oil-water separator equipment and adaptive mini-swirl flotation deoil(AMFD) high-efficiency separator were designed,and a 36-day industrial sideline test was carried out on a platform in the South China Sea to study the treatment effect of the new oil-water separation technology for the water produced by offshore platforms. The results showed that,CFC oil-water separator equipment had an average inlet oil content of 341.03 mg/L,an average outlet oil content of 9.43 mg/L,and an average separation efficiency of 97.2%,and the use of chemical demulsifiers could be eliminated. It could be used to replace “hydrocyclones+skimmers”,and had the value of being promoted and applied to various offshore oilfield platforms with production and processing needs because of its high production efficiency,small equipment size. AMFD high-efficiency separator was connected in series with the production separator. When the flow rate was less than 5 m3/h,the average inlet oil content was 364.4 mg/L,the average outlet oil content was 19.0 mg/L, and the average separation efficiency was 94.4%. Calculated by gravity sedimentation method,the median diameters of water-phase oil droplets at the outlet of AMFD high-efficiency separator and production separator were 13.0 μm and 14.5 μm,respectively,that was,AMFD high-efficiency separator had a good effect on the separation of dispersed oil,and could be used for rapid and coarse separation of oil and water.
