梯级电化学强化油水分离技术的开发与应用

Development and application of cascade electrochemical enhanced oil-water separation technology

摘要:

研究设计了一种梯级电化学强化油水分离反应器,并以含油污水为处理对象,研究了梯级电化学强化油水分离技术的净水效果。结果表明,该技术能够有效减少清水剂的投加量并降低系统能耗,在最优条件下,梯级电化学强化油水分离技术对含油污水的除油率达约86%,比清水剂的除油率高出约38%,比直接电破乳工艺的除油率高出约74%,能耗仅为3.64 kW·h/t,具有良好的稳定性,经济和社会效益显著。该研究为含油污水的处理提供了一种新的处理技术。

Abstract:

A cascade electrochemical enhanced oil-water separation reactor was designed. And taking the oily sewage as the treatment object, the water purification effect of cascade electrochemical enhanced oil-water separation technology was studied. The results showed that this technology could effectively reduce the dosage of water clarifier and reduce the energy consumption of the system. Under the optimal condition, the cascade electrochemical enhanced oilwater separation technology had an oil removal rate of about 86% for the oily sewage, which was about 38% higher than that of water clarifier, and about 74% higher than that of the direct electric demulsification process. The energy consumption was only 3.64 kW·h/t. The cascade electrochemical enhanced oil-water separation technology has good stability and remarkable economic and social benefits, which provides a new treatment technology for oily sewage treatment.
