渤海油田海上平台生活污水回注地层可行性研究

Research on the feasibility of the reinjection of domestic sewage to strata from offshore platforms of Bohai Bay Oilfield

摘要:

为积极响应渤海海域清洁生产的倡议,进一步保护海洋环境,提出将海上平台水质较好的灰水处理后经由平台注水系统回注地层的新思路。采用Scalechem软件,模拟预测灰水回注过程中在生产处理流程和注水层位的结垢趋势,并通过实验分析灰水回注对生产处理流程的影响,同时提出应对措施。研究结果表明海上平台灰水回注可行。灰水回注可减少70%以上的生活污水排放量,从而削减生活污水的COD排放总量。

Abstract:

In order to actively respond the call of clean production in Bohai Bay Oilfield,further protection measures should be adopted for the marine environment. A new concept that after the good-quality grey water on offshore platform has been treated,it is to be reinjected to strata via the platform water injection system is proposed. Using a software Scalechem,the scaling tendency of the production treatment process and injection water horizon in the process of grey water reinjection are simulated and predicted. The influences of grey water reinjection on industrial treatment process are analyzed through tests,and,meanwhile,countermeasures are brought forward. The research results show that the grey water reinjection on offshore platform is feasible. More than 70% of domestic sewage discharge capacity can be reduced by grey water reinjection,so as to reduce the domestic sewage COD discharge capacity.
